FUTO sue ASUU, over approving Pantami as a professor.

 

Yesterday  ,prof. Nnenna Oti  ,federal university of technology  Vice chancellor  ,stater, that the management  had gone to court  over the rejection of Dr. Isah  Ibrahim Pantami promotion  to the rank as a professor of cyber security. 

This happened, as ASUU threatens to sanction FUTO V. C over approvement for Pantami as a professor. 

while  ,on court yesterday 'Oti  said, they subjudice the case, that ASUU don't have any right over appointment  and reappointment  of office over  universities  as stated in NUC guidelines  and every university  has a set up standard.
